Operational workflow mapping
We worked from the needs of the inspection process, identifying how users interacted with the system and where the redesigned experience needed to improve clarity and control.
Process AlignmentFor Air Liquide, Vistoplex supported the redesign and delivery of operational software used for periodic gas-cylinder inspections. The programme combined Agile sprint delivery, full user acceptance testing governance, multi-site deployment and end-user training across 10 industrial facilities.

For Air Liquide, the objective was not simply to refresh an interface. The work centred on a mission-critical operational system supporting periodic gas-cylinder inspections, where usability, process consistency, testing discipline and deployment control all had to work together.
Our contribution connected software redesign with programme delivery: shaping the application through Agile sprints, governing UAT, coordinating deployment across 10 facilities and preparing end users to adopt the updated system in live industrial environments.

The programme required more than a visual redesign. The inspection application operated inside real industrial workflows, so changes had to be developed, tested and introduced without losing sight of the people, processes and facilities that depended on it.

The central challenge was to improve software used for periodic gas-cylinder inspections while maintaining confidence across multiple operational sites. The programme needed clear requirements, controlled iteration, business validation and a deployment approach capable of working across different facility environments.
Because the system was mission-critical, UAT could not be treated as a final checkbox. It had to be governed as a core delivery workstream, with user feedback, test management, readiness decisions and training aligned before each rollout stage.
We brought product redesign, Agile programme delivery, testing, rollout and training into one coordinated approach. Each workstream was structured around operational readiness rather than software delivery in isolation.

Process AlignmentWe reshaped the operational application around a clearer user journey for periodic gas-cylinder inspections, keeping the software focused on real tasks performed in industrial settings.
Enterprise UXWe organised the work into Agile sprints, connecting operational priorities, user feedback and implementation decisions through a controlled delivery rhythm.
Sprint DeliveryWe governed user acceptance testing as a formal programme workstream, helping ensure the redesigned system was validated by the business before deployment.
Quality AssuranceWe coordinated deployment across 10 industrial facilities, aligning system readiness with local operational requirements and rollout governance.
10 FacilitiesWe supported adoption with user training, helping teams understand the redesigned workflow and prepare to use the application in day-to-day operations.
Change EnablementThe final approach treated redesign, testing, deployment and training as one connected transformation. Rather than handing over software at the end of development, we created a governed path from sprint delivery through business acceptance and into multi-site use.
Public case study note: sensitive internal workflows, system interfaces and operational data are intentionally not shown.

The programme delivered a redesigned operational software experience together with the governance required to test, deploy and introduce it across 10 industrial facilities. Air Liquide gained a more structured route from product change to business acceptance, rollout and user adoption.

At Vistoplex, we combine software transformation with programme governance, testing, deployment and adoption support for organisations operating across complex environments.
