Innovation programme framing
We defined the programme around the supplier innovation objective, clarifying how participants, stakeholders, information and awards activity needed to connect.
Programme DesignFor ArcelorMittal, Vistoplex supported an international supplier innovation programme spanning multiple territories. The work combined supplier engagement, cross-border stakeholder coordination and the architecture of an automated database for a global supplier innovation awards system.

For ArcelorMittal, the objective was not simply to run an awards initiative. The programme needed to connect an international supplier network, coordinate stakeholders across multiple territories and create a structured digital foundation for managing innovation activity.
Our contribution connected programme management with database architecture: shaping the supplier engagement model, coordinating cross-border stakeholders and defining an automated system to support a global supplier innovation awards workflow.

The programme required more than supplier outreach. It needed a coordinated operating model that could bring international participants, internal stakeholders, programme data and an awards process into one manageable structure.

The central challenge was to coordinate supplier engagement across territories while maintaining a consistent awards workflow. The programme needed a clear structure for participation, information capture, stakeholder communication and programme oversight.
Because the initiative crossed organisational and geographic boundaries, stakeholder coordination could not be treated as an administrative afterthought. It had to be built into the programme model alongside the database architecture and awards process.
We brought supplier engagement, awards workflow design, database architecture and cross-border programme coordination into one structured approach. Each workstream supported the same international innovation objective.

Programme DesignWe structured engagement around an international supplier network, creating a more coherent route for participation in the innovation awards programme.
Global SuppliersWe mapped the global supplier innovation awards workflow so the programme could move from engagement and information capture through review and administration in a consistent way.
Awards WorkflowWe designed the architecture for an automated database capable of supporting supplier information and the administration of the global innovation awards system.
AutomationWe coordinated stakeholders across multiple territories, helping maintain alignment between programme objectives, supplier activity and the supporting workflow.
Multiple TerritoriesWe connected the programme workstreams through structured oversight, keeping engagement, database design and stakeholder coordination aligned.
Innovation ManagementThe final approach treated supplier engagement, awards administration, database architecture and stakeholder coordination as one connected programme. Rather than managing each territory or workstream in isolation, we created a common structure for international participation and programme oversight.
Public case study note: sensitive supplier information, internal programme data and proprietary workflow details are intentionally not shown.

The programme established a connected model for international supplier engagement, supported by an automated database architecture and coordinated stakeholder management across multiple territories. ArcelorMittal gained a clearer framework for operating its global supplier innovation awards workflow.

At Vistoplex, we combine programme management, database architecture and stakeholder coordination for organisations running complex international innovation initiatives.
